We, Patty Livernois and Kim O'Brien opened "The Uppity Puppy" in December of 2001, hoping to make a difference in the nutritional needs and material needs of other furry children. Because of the love for our own furry children, Truffles and Larry, we know how difficult it is to find unique & specialty merchandise, as well as healthy treats, so we decided that we should open a store where all furry children would be welcome, where they could be spoiled and pampered and have access to the finest treats available.   An upscale bakery and boutique, but with affordable prices.
